These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GameVault, an online platform for gaming enthusiasts (“Service”), provided by GameVault Inc. (“GameVault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by GameVault or its licensors. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without GameVault’s prior written consent.

5. Termination

5.1. GameVault may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMEVAULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMEVAULT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law
